The patented VeriLite roll cleaner assembly provides a compact and unique scraper that offers excellent cleaning results to improve uptime and reduce maintenance costs in a variety of industrial roll and belt cleaning applications.

The VeriLite roll cleaner assembly is HACCP International food safe certified in the U.K. and U.S., with a large selection of blade materials for any application. The assembly is appropriate for wet, dry, harsh, and high-temperature environments, and is also available with oscillation using the Varimatic™ 500 oscillator.

VeriLite™ X Roll Cleaner Assembly

The VeriLite X roll cleaner assembly has all the features and benefits of the VeriLite roll cleaner assembly with the added feature of being fully enclosed. The shroud allows this unit to perform effectively in dirty or harsh environments.

VeriFlex Oscillation System

The VeriFlex oscillation system provides the VeriLite roll cleaner assembly with a complete oscillator system that features a compact footprint for tight applications. The oscillator only requires a compressed air supply and does not need external controls. The speed and stroke have been preset and optimized for the ideal roll cleaning system allowing for smooth, continuous, maintenance-free operation.

The VeriLite roll cleaner assembly’s patented design allows for continuous load pressure to be applied via a pneumatic tube. The VeriLite roll cleaner assembly is more compact than the VeriKleen. Its control panel allows for precise load pressure control.

How long does it take to change a roll cleaning blade from a VeriLite roll cleaner assembly?

The VeriLite roll cleaner assembly is designed to incorporate a free-floating roll cleaning blade that can easily be slid out of the assembly in a matter of seconds. No tools are required to remove the roll cleaning blade, and the special hardware on the blade or pad is designed to easily slide in and out of the holder.

Is there oscillation available for the VeriLite roll cleaner assembly?

Yes, the Varimatic™ 500 oscillator was designed for the VeriLite roll cleaner assembly. Oscillation provides a secondary cutting action and can make roll cleaning more effective along with minimizing blade wear, vibration and roll damage.
