EMO III™ Electro-Mechanical Shower Oscillator

A shower oscillator continuously moves a shower back and forth across a fabric, felt, roll, or cylinder surface. This oscillating motion helps distribute water or cleaning solution evenly, reducing streaking, improving cleaning coverage, and extending the life of machine components.

The EMO III oscillator can be used for machine clothing cleaning and conditioning, cylinder roll cleaning, suction roll cleaning, grooved roll cleaning, and fan shower oscillation applications.

The EMO III oscillator uses low-frequency oscillation to move the shower evenly across the machine width. This controlled movement helps achieve uniform application of water or cleaning chemicals, improving cleaning performance and moisture profile management.

The EMO III oscillator test panel provides a fast way to diagnose oscillator issues by replicating the functions of the standard EMO III oscillator control panel. Technicians can quickly determine whether a fault originates in the oscillator itself, field wiring, or the machine's installed control system.
